This beautiful apartment is situated in a Renaissance era building that was once a convent. Located on Colle Oppio, where in the roman times Emperor Titus had his roman bath, this refreshingly quiet area is one of the few spots left in this chaotic city with real breathing space. With a beautiful park at your door, the Colosseum and Metro are only 5 minutes away. There are also an array of beautiful and very important churches such as San Pietro in Vincoli that hosts one of Michelangelo's masterpieces, the Moses. There are two major Basilicas; Santa Maria Maggiore dating to 315 AD, and San Giovanni in Laterano, which was the first papal seat before the creation of the Vatican. The area is full of lovely Roman restaurants and shops of every kind. This shiningly bright bi-level apartment is sleekly modern, in stark contrast to the area's antiquity and boasts every comfort. Stylish furniture with a deco twist, white-bright decor, and lovely parquet flooring, with personal touches like the gorgeous antique dining table (dating back to the 1800s) gives Arcuccio enough vibe and personality to compliment your own discerning tastes.
