These are not comments for other guests but I want to make a complaint regarding this accomodation. My family was extremely unhappy with the clieanliness of this accomodation, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the placements on the table were in a pile, they were dirty and had been used, we had to scrub the bathtub before we could use it and clean the bathrrom, overall it was not clean at all. The photos of the accomodation on the website were also deceiving, showing this as a much larger appartment. The amount we paid for this accomodation was not worth it. The person who met us advised us he would arrange transport to the train station for us on the date of departure and give us our deposit back, he did not show on the morning which then caused a great deal of stress trying to then arrange transport, he later advised he was sick and tried to phone us however he knew the only way to contact us was via email and not phone. he now wants our bank account details to return deposit which we are not happy with.

Great location, close to bars, restaurants & shopping and to the main sights of Rome. Abundant public transport close by. Quite comfortable and pleasant decor.
Manager was not able to check us in because he was out of Rome and had not given sufficient notice of his unavailibility. Because the manager was not available matters requiring his attention could not be attended to during our stay.

Great location.
No soap, shampoo etc. The internet and computer was extremely slow and not usable. The apartment was run down and needed a good tidy.
This would not normally be a problem but for this price - REALLY?

The location was fabulous, within walking distance of most attractions of historical Rome. The street was very quiet.
The beds and pillows were confortable.
The floor was very dirty, the walls weren't very clean either, a microwave would be useful and there was only a small pan for 6 people.
The toilet seat of the first floor bathroom hasn't been repaired yet and the same applies to the shower, despite all the complaints of previous guests. During our stay there wasn't enough toilette paper available.

The batrooms is in poor shape, the impression overall..... ok at the best. It´s not praiseworthy, but the location is right.

Great location - we could walk to everything we wanted to see.
Dirty, don't think the floors have been washed for months.
Owner not responsive - broken toilet seat lid, said he'd have it fixed the next day, never happened. Left message regarding leaking shower hose in one bathroom and problem with the mixing value in the other shower, never got back to us.
Not a single English language station on the TV.
Noisy neighbors.
Has much potential but would not recommend it at this time.

Very well located.
Way too small. Can't really accommodate more than 2 people. The kitchen is tiny and ill equipped.
