Very cozy place, nice decorated, has all the necessary equipment. Good access to downtown, near the market stalls of fresh food products.

The apartment is on the ground floor, so there is less daylight.

This appartment is in a great part of town - sufficiently far from the centre for it to have its own shops and local colour, but near enough to walk to the Colosseum if you fancy it. But, anyway, the 75 bus is brilliant - get the hang of it (it's easy) and your travel within Rome is solved. The owner of the flat, Nicola, lives nearby and is ready with advice or help.

The appartment itself is a bit small and somewhat claustrophobic at first. But after settling in, you will find this has the advantage of making the flat very quiet - a rare commodity, I would guess in Rome.
