an excellent location

flat needed maintenance including repainting. very poor finish, loose electrical wires on display, window that couldn't easily be opened, poor kitchen facilities and equipment.
the central heating was not working, only heat from the air conditioner. even if the heating had been working there was no radiator in the bathroom!
the shower head was changed during our stay (we did not ask for this), this repair was not done correctly, no rail was fixed for the shower to hang from.
there was no light outside the flat. made it difficult to open the door in the dark. we asked for a bulb to be fitted but this was not done.
