The apartment is large and it has a perfect location. I would prefer Monti area in comparison to rather favourite places like Spanish stairs and Campo di Fiori etc...There are many nice restaurants and shops in the region, which offer an opportunity of enjoing Rome far away from crowds.
WE had only one issue, the kitchen is small and dark so it was not pleasant to use kitchen facilities.

More than i expected!!! In the center of Rome, you walk in all the city, very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need to have a pleasant stay, the supermarket in the next building the train station 10' walking via Nazionale with all the shops in near and everything you need to see is in a walking distance. We had a very nice time and if we go back we will choose the same apartment!
Was very hot, the only problem was that we didn't have the air conditioning.

The apartment had all of the facilities that we needed and the terrace was enjoyable throughout the day. The apartment was also well located - close to the Forum, the Colosseum the Metro station and to many restaurants and shops.
Some of the furniture was old and the kitchen was tiny. Although not located on a main road the apartment could be noisy during the day and into the evening (less so on the weekend). The apartment is some walking distance to other attractions such as the Pantheon.

Very nice stay, get what you paid for. Cosy, tasteful and everything that you need. We even got a parking space in the street.
Could have used more hot water for showering, we are used to having unlimited in Iceland.
